An established and expanding in-home non-medical senior care company with a national presence is seeking a talented, professional and energetic individual who can recruit, train, retain and manage the best Caregivers in our industry.
We are looking for someone who has:
Office management experience
Strong presentation, interview, telephone and follow-up skills.
Empathy for seniors.
Experience in hiring, administering and retaining part-time employees.
A college degree or equivalent experience coupled with some exposure to the senior care industry, either residential or in-home.
This position involves some after hours and on-call responsibilities and you must be comfortable with this. If you are a computer ninja then that is a bonus!
