We are seeking to fill a CLOSING SUPERVISOR position and key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Managing store location efficiently while advocating business growth.
* Effectively addressing customer complaints and/or concerns.
* Providing customers with explanation of the services being performed on their vehicles.
* Delivering an exceptional experience by educating customers on the service benefits.
* Balancing cash drawers at the completion of each shift and preparing deposits.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Prior leadership experience
* Outstanding Customer Service skills
* Light mechanical abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* An outgoing attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
* Excellent listening skills
* Ability to work long hours on your feet in fast paced environment
