About this job
We are a small company with several locations. The locations of the homes are outside of the Flint area in a more rural setting. We provide care to both male and female clients.
Seeking applicants who have completed training for direct care with proof of certificates (such as Working with People I & II, Medication, Health, Intervention, Environmental Emergency etc.) and at least 1 year experience working in a specialized residential facility. You must be suitable to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual and social needs of the consumers and must be able to follow written and oral instructions that are related to the care and supervision of the client. You must be able to participate in work duties pertaining to the environment.
