Primary Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate and complete projects

  • Define performance and results

  • Manage vendors and service providers

  • Demonstrate knowledge in Public Sector operational implementations

  • Provide subject matter expertise in areas including project management, project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation,

  • facilitation, and other areas of expertise based on professional knowledge and background

  • Make presentations to management on project updates, project cycle, and expected results

  • Ensure projects are completed on time and in scope

  • Build strong working relationships with IT organization and acts as a business liaison to IT

Requirements


Required Qualifications:



  • BA/BS degree

  • 4+ years of project management experience

  • 2+ years of project management experience across complex projects

  • 3+ years in a senior business analyst role with crossover with project management

  • 4+ years of experience in tracking, planning projects, working with large data sets and making data-driven analytical decisions

  • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint required; Visio and SharePoint preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely

  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities

  • Business analysis and requirement definition

  • Public Sector knowledge

  • Must be a self-directing leader that acts as a team player

  • Superior analytical skills

  • Ideally multiple claims platform exposure and knowledge - particularly, UNET, Cosmos, and Facets (CSP, OHBS Facets)

  • Ability to stay committed to long-term project goals

  • Proficient skills in building Executive level presentations, mostly ad-hoc timelines

  • Ability to function in fast-paced environment while demonstrating compassion, building relationships and a strong ability to innovatively resolve complex issues

  • Able to adjust quickly to change and identify impacts and solutions

  • Healthcare experience, preferably insurance
