REM River Bluffs is currently accepting applications for the Office Coordinator Position to assist our Accounts Receivable department.

Description

The Office Coordinator will support our Accounts Receivable Department located in Apple Valley, MN. The Office Coordinator is responsible to gather, verify, and process billing information to assist with accurate and prompt reimbursement for services delivered. Key Responsibilities: Completing monthly occupancy and income disregards reports for a caseload of 125+ clients, troubleshoot client finance issues with Dakota, Scott, Goodhue and Wabasha Counties Social Security and Medical Assistance Programs and assist managers in semi-annual client financial audits. Qualifications

Requirements:

· 18 years of age or older.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Experience or training in accounting or office management.

· Knowledge of GRH, SSI/RSDI and Medical Assistance preferred.

· Ability to operate office equipment.

· Competency in keyboarding, data entry, typing, and business skills.

· Proficient in written and oral communications.

· Demonstrated ability to carry out assigned job responsibilities and complete required documentation.

· Knowledge and understanding of applicable Federal, State and local regulations.

· Eligible as determined by the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, the Department of Human Services, and the Company’s Corporate Compliance Plan.

· Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets insurability requirements as defined by the Company’s insurance carrier.
