Our opportunities now are for a Full-Time Service employee to join our Service Department.
Your tasks would include: delivery of spas, pools and swim spas, basic repairs on spas and pools.We are a fast pace, high volume company that offers a wide variety of products and services. We are looking for people who are personable, punctual, professional, self-motivated, organized, and ready to work as part of a strong team. Training will be provided. You must have a professional appearance and attitude. Experience with POS and basic computer knowledge is required.

More Detailed Job Duties:
-Sell specific products and services to consumers.
-Prepare sales slips or sales contracts.
-Process orders in person and over the phone.
-Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
-Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
-Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires
-Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment.
-Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
-Responsible dealing with customer complaints
-Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays
-Working within established guidelines, particularly with brands
-Represent and promote the organization with products and services with product presentations at the showrooms, and home shows as required
-Present solutions to potential buyers including price, credit terms, accurate sales contracts, estimated time of delivery based on company's production and delivery schedules.
-Collect and research information needed to identify and resolve problematic situations
Personal skills that are required for the job:
-Having a friendly and engaging personality.
-Comfortable working with members of the public.
-Should have a confident manner.
-Must be helpful and polite.
-Assistants should be physically fit as they will be on their feet for most of the day and may be required to lift large amounts of stock.
-You should have a comprehensive understanding of your department.
-Able to work as part of a sales team.
-Knowledge of inventory techniques.
-Should be of a smart appearance and articulate.
