Managers

We are looking for natural leaders with two to five years of restaurant management experience who are motivated to ensure profitability, quality, service and teamwork. We invite you to explore a position as a Manager at Carl's Jr. and pursue training and advancement opportunities to the level of district manager

The Manager is responsible for the restaurant exceeding customer service expectations, financial results and is ultimately accountable for all restaurant activities. Managers must be relentless in the execution of QSC. Managers supervise the performance of their Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders and Crew.

Critical skills and abilities for success:

• Ability to model and create an environment that ensures positive customer experiences.
• Desire to continuously improve the skills, knowledge, and morale of all employees. .
• Proven history of maximizing financial performance and bottom line profit through planning, budgeting, scheduling and P&L Management. .
• Serve as a role model for appropriate and fair business practices.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Enjoy working a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Problem solving skills through appropriate investigation and decision making. .
