Is Networking Your Niche?  Home Instead Senior Care, a provider of non-medical home care for older adults has a full-time position for a Community Service Representative that is capable of growing strong relationships with referral sources and elderly clients.  Looking for a highly energetic, passionate, relationship builder to educate the community on our outstanding services and programs.  Aggressive marketing skills, presentation and follow-up abilities to create strong referral relationships are essential.

The Community Service Representative is expected to effectively perform a variety of duties in the marketing of Home Instead Senior Care by successfully generating community awareness, promoting our services within the professional community, aggressively pursuing new referral sources and maintaining existing referral sources, according to Home Instead Senior Care standards and policies.

Responsibilities
  • Research and identify sources for client referrals
  • Make contact with existing and new sources according to established goals
  • Conduct in-service training sessions to educate and inform sources on our available services
  • Develop and successfully implement a monthly networking program
  • Research, schedule, and successfully execute regular community marketing events
  • Provide Manager with weekly networking activities/progress reports
  • Assist in the development of a marketing plan to most effectively inform potential referral sources of the services
  • Maintain complete and current database of referral providers and networking activities
Qualifications
  • Strong communication, planning, organizational and computer skills a must
  • Persistence and determination to maintain continuous flow of client referrals
  • Ability to learn company marketing and educational programs and utilize in networking efforts
  • Helpful, approachable personality
  • Motivated, creative self-starter who is willing to take initiative
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Eldercare, healthcare (social work, nursing, case manager), or medical-related sales background preferred
  • Must enjoy being visible, reaching out to a variety of people in the community
