Busser Position Summary
As one of the most important members of our Front of House team, the busser helps to deliver an authentic Brick House experience to our guests by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, bar, interior, and exterior of the restaurant. The busser is also responsible for assisting other Front of House team members with serving guests.
Busser Responsibilities
•Assist team members in providing world-class, personalized service for every guest.
•Pre-bus tables as necessary.
•Clean and reset tables and the bar top once guests have left.
•Inform hosts when tables are open or about to turn over.
•Ensure the dining room and bar are clean at all times.
•Stock and maintain clean glassware, silverware, and dishware.
•Remove trash to the dumpster area.
•Clean and restock restrooms.
•Complete other general busser tasks as assigned.

•Must have clear written and verbal communication skills.
