CentiMark offers a full complement of new and replacement roof systems. We are currently looking to hire a working supervisor that will be responsible for overseeing crews handling the installation of various roof systems including EPDM, TPO, PVC, and modified bitumen.
This position will be in the Chelmsford, MA area.
Job Description
- Accomplish project objectives by successfully planning and evaluating project activities
- Manage commercial roofing projects up to 1 million dollars from start to finish
- Oversee roofing crews to ensure safety, delivery timelines, quality, budget and strategy
- Train crew members on proper application of roof systems
- Develop strong relationships with customers, while acting as a main point of contact
- Communicate progress, risks, timelines and other key project metrics to customers and team members
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ project management experience in commercial roofing
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated experience with leading and managing
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Some out of town travel and weekend work will be required
- Valid state driver’s license (in good standing) is required
