Retail Store Manager
We are recruiting for a high energy, results oriented Retail Store Manager at a luxury western decor, accessory, and apparel store.You will be responsible for generating sales, coaching employees, and store management.Store Managers must be willing to think outside the box to find clients to increase brand awareness.The store is located on the Las Vegas Strip, so familiarity with the area is beneficial.
You must be outgoing, professional, and be able to think quickly on your feet to align your store with the consumer flows of Las Vegas while catering to the needs of your customers.The atmosphere is warm and everyone is like family, so you must have a great personality and the skills to drive sales.
Requirements:
-You must have a can-do attitude
-Strong customer service skills
-Great demeanor
-Must be a great leader
-No formal education is required
We offer excellent pay, plus bonuses, commissions, and a clothing allowance.
We also offer medical, dental, vision and a 401k
Supplemental information:
-This is a full time position
-Travel is required during training periods
