Manpower is looking for an experienced professional with a background in designing Learning Modules within E-Learning
The job is located in Dorchester, MA Monday - Friday 8-5pm This assignment is for 6 months
PAYING $42-$50 AN HOUR

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists with special projects and duties as requested. Collaborates with the management team of the assigned operational area to initiate and create supplemental or continuing education training when performance gaps occur.
Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate
and measure results: modify programs as needed: develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media and research in trends and technology. Facilitates specialized training as requested. Leads design projects for new or specialized areas. Using instructional design processes, analyzes, designs, implements and evaluates courses. Creates storyboards and defines all programming requirements, overseeing quality and accuracy of content.
QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's or Equivalent
License/Certificates:
Experience - At least 5 Years
Bachelors Degree in Education, Business Administration or Organizational
Behavior or equivalent preferred; 5+ years related work experience.
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
Identify specific knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for satisfactory
execution of the position's primary duties & responsibilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of graphic design elements appropriate for online instruction.
Proven ability to lead, mentor and coach a team of professionals
Proven project management experience.
Thorough knowledge of design tools such as storyboards, flow charts,
scripting, etc. and the technical authoring and delivery tools (LMS,
Captivate, Dream Weaver, etc.)
Understanding and proven ability to develop learning tools using
acceptable methodologies and current practices.
