Overview:

This position will be responsible for processing and handling any top 30 client claims that are incomplete or escalated for validation. This person will also be responsible for analyzing claims and making decisions about their validity. The position will be a communicator to internal and external business partners and a problem solver/agent for change to provide continuous improvements, and will assist the Claims Resolution Supervisor in managing the team

Responsibilities:

  • Assists the Claims Resolution Supervisor as needed
  • Tracks team attendance
  • Assists with training and mentoring Claims Resolution Analysts
  • Oversees new client on-boarding
  • Serves as an expert on complex customers processes/systems
  • Assumes supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the Claims Resolution Supervisor
  • Assists with training and mentoring Claims Resolution Analysts
  • Processes claims for unassigned clients during turnover
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Four years claims experience preferred
  • Food brokerage experience and/or clients’ experience in sales administration is strongly preferred
  • Relationship management experience preferred
