About this job

Duties Include but not limited to

  • Interacting by phone with members.
  • Making appointments, collecting information or conducting follow-up.
  • Describing products and services, responding to questions, and obtaining customer information.
  • Obtaining possible customer leads and conducting follow up on first point of contact.
  • Entering data and maintaining database of existing customers or potential customers.
  • Maintaining records of telephonic communications, interactions, accounts, orders, and payments.

Skills and Specifications

  • Technical expert in related computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Ability to become technical experts in CRM, Premia, Crossroads.
  • Great communication skills as well as ability to work with others in close manner.
  • Good keyboard skills and impressive telephone etiquette.
  • Able to maintain customer confidentiality.

Education and Qualifications

  • Degree or high school diploma from an accredited institution
  • Experience in call center activities.
  • Bi-Lingual
  • 1-3 years outbound customer service experience
  • Comfortable making 150-200 calls on a daily basis
