Primary
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Clinical
support to the Providers and also the RN staff. - You will be faxing,
emailing documents, and ordering medical charts - Follow up calls with providers
- You will be supporting and
working along with a Virtual team - Utilize negotiating skills in
resolving issues with various internal departments that impact the
"customer" experience. - Communicating both verbally and
in writing to regulatory agencies as well as other internal departments.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Must be able to create, copy,
edit, send & save utilizing Word, Excel & Outlook. - 2+ years experience working in
a Clerical, Administrative support, or similar role. - Ability to type 40 wpm
accurately - 1+ year Telephonic Customer
Service experience.
Preferred
Qualifications:
- Managed Care experience.
- Call Center with high volume.
- Medicare and/or Medicaid.
- Experience in a Hospital,
Physician's Office, Medical / Clinical, or Health Insurance background. - Working knowledge of Medical
Terminology. - Experience with EMR (Electronic
Medical Records).
