Job Description
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for handling inbound sales calls including order process and up-selling to meet or exceed client's needs and expectations.
2. Responsible for maintaining services that customers are attempting to cancel through product knowledge and negotiation techniques.
3. Handle customer service related issues to meet the needs of the clients and their customers.
4. Provide accurate data entry of customer's information for processing of orders and literature requests.
5. Maintain performance in accordance with department guidelines to ensure the highest level of quality to our clients and their customers.
6. Responsible for meeting individual sales goals.
7. Perform assigned clerical duties to enhance departmental operations.

Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED
