JOB TITLE: PLANT HTST PROCESSOR
JOB SUMMARY
The Plant HTST Processor controls all functions within the Plant Processing area to ensure milk and milk products meet the standards of Country Morning Farms, Inc.
The Plant HTST Processor ensures that all Quality Assurance and GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices) are followed and that all production standards and quality standards are met, and that Products comply with USDA and FDA requirements.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Run Daily Milk Production to meet Orders
* Ensure Milk output meets correct Butter Fat range
* Document All Product runs on Charts correctly
* Follow all PMO Guidelines
* Follow Appendix N Procedures
* Keep work area safe and clean
* Maintain all equipment in optimal condition to perform job
* Follow written CIP Procedures
* Follow Pre-Op & Post-Op procedures
* Maintain Plant Wastewater (Gallons & Ph)
* Work with Cheese Processor to process milk for cheese
* Follow Maintenance schedule
* Run SPC, Coliform & 21-Day Plates on a daily basis
* Reports to Production Supervisor
