Job Descriptions:

Managers/Assistant Managers:

Responsible for the sales, profitability, appearance, and overall operations of the store. Objectives are to show consistent sales growth, ensure store projects proper O'Reilly image, operates as a profit center, and follows policies and procedures to ensure company is operating as economically and efficiently as possible.

Retail Service Specialist:

Support evening/weekend shift assistant store manager in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. Assume shift management responsibilities in absence of assistant manager on duty.

Delivery Specialist:

Provide superior customer service through the safe and efficient delivery of parts/products to professional installer customers using a company provided vehicle.

Parts Specialist:

Provide retail and professional installer customers with a high level of customer service. Support management in the accomplishment of assigned tasks including maintaining inventory control and store appearance.

All days and hours available; schedule will vary based on location, position, and needs of the store.
