Job Qualifications and Responsibilities:

Strong Customer Service

Record keeping of children's files and attendance

Plan and execute daily activities throughout the day

Detail-oriented

Enjoys play and hands on experiences with children

Create lesson plans using a proprietary curriculum

Organize and maintain a clean classroom with a standard of excellence at the forefront.

Will require mandated reporter and health and safety training upon hire.

Qualifications:

HS Diploma with two years experience with children, CDA, AA, BA or BS in Education and/or Human Services field.

Excellent Written and Verbal Skills

Clearances - We will do your clearances if you do not have them as it is a requirement for a teaching position.

Additional responsibilities:
Ensuring the safety and well-being of the children
Complying with current governmental regulations and company procedures and policies
Caring for and educating children


Your passion for working with children and genuine commitment to education and learning, make you a great candidate for this teaching role. In addition, you'll need excellent communication skills, good time management, and strong organizational skills.

Specific requirements:
1+ years of experience in working with children
CDA/college degree, preferred
Experience with and a desire to work with a diverse population of students, parents, and teachers
Excellent judgment as well as problem solving/decision making abilities
