Full Time Summer Painting Positions
College Pro is a student development company that gives students the opportunity to get hands on experience in the real business world. College Pro is currently hiring Painters and Job Site Managers in many regions and looking to hire immediately for the summer of 2015.
The position for consideration is a full time, summer seasonal position. This is a fun and challenging position that is ideal for someone wanting to get hands-on experience in completing group projects, budget management, effective marketing, and customer service. You will get the opportunity to work outdoors with other like-minded individuals while earning a good hourly wage. Training is provided; therefore, no experience is necessary! The ideal individual is competitive, hard working, able to communicate effectively, organized, athletic, and has a desire for leadership. All students that feel they fit the ideal candidate listed and meet the job requirements listed below are encouraged to apply.
Those found with leadership experience may be selected from the interview process as a Job Site Manager, in which you will have the opportunity to get hands-on experience in leading your own crew of several painters. Ask to be considered for this if you feel you might be a good fit. Both Painter and Job Site Manager positions can lead to future internship opportunities with College Pro.
Requirements:
- Able to work full-time throughout the summer (40 hours/week).
- Must have own transportation (job site locations will change).
- Manual labor required.
- Cannot be afraid of heights.
Pay: Hourly with bonus potential ($7.50-15 depending on location, experience, and performance)
