Immediate Opening for Bilingual (Spanish) Call Center Representative:

~Responds to Client / Member phone inquiries in a prompt, courteous and concise manner
~Provide unbiased assistance to customer with questions regarding program
~Documents all phone encounters in clear and concise logs
~Transfers callers to other department/branch as needed
~Meets individual performance standards (Quality and call volume)
~Performs other duties as may be assigned by management

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

~Professional behavior and good attendance track record with previous employer (will be verified)
~Minimum 1 year Call center experience preferred. WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT MOTIVATED BILINGUAL CANDIDATES!
~High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification (will be verified)
~Background in Customer Service a plus
~Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
~Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
~Ability to successfully multi-task (talk and type -will be tested)
~Ability to maintain departmental metrics--60 calls daily (after training and nesting) 90% Quality score rating
~Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
~Experience in data entry and telephone skills (assessments required)
