Role
We seek an excited, positive and reliable team member to help fill custom printed t-shirt orders. To succeed, you must value customer satisfaction, work well with a team, be focused on quality and small details, achieve daily production targets and above all, be flexible and adapt well to a growing, fun and fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for:
Operating light equipment, including printers, printing presses and heat presses for decorating t-shirts and other apparel products.
Operating technology devices, including computers, tablets and scanners for sequencing and reporting of orders and team member progress.
Providing quality control by inspecting all goods before or after printing and ensuring each order is completed accurately and to our customer's expectations. Attention to detail is a must!
Maintaining pace by knowing your targets and consistently working to achieve them.
Packing/shipping orders using shipping systems and a variety of packing and shipping materials such as envelopes and boxes.
You will handle hundreds of items on a daily basis, so comfort with details, such as product counts, colors, and quality of those items along with deadlines, organization, and accuracy of artwork and printing is a necessity. Since we work in a team environment you are expected to be a team player and be flexible with the work you complete as our work flows and needs change.
Measures of Success
The key measures of success for this position are:
Customer Satisfaction - maintaining targeted expectations for customer satisfaction measured by WoWs and decoration scores in customer feedback surveys
Accuracy - maintaining targeted expectations for technical execution and quality of work
Productivity - maintaining targeted expectations for average number of orders completed per day
Teamwork - working together to enhance customers' and teammates' experience with CustomInk
Qualifications
No specific prior printing experience is required, but a solid track record of focused and productive work is desired. Experience with physical printing (especially of garments!) and basic computer knowledge (email, opening files, Excel) is a plus. In this role you will be required to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand on your feet for extended periods of time.
In addition, you must embody our company values - practicing the Golden Rule, taking Ownership and driving and embracing Innovation.'
