This role will be accountable for driving sales and operating productivity, ensuring field understanding and execution of initiatives. This leader will work cross functionally to communicate and develop resources across a Region within the Retail Sales channel. This leader will have a close working relationship with Division Directors of Retail Sales as well as other functional partners/leaders including other Sr. Managers of Field Sales Operations. Requires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership. *Provide communication and focus on sales strategies and tactics, including key regional, channel and companywide initiatives ensuring a consistent and sustainable approach*Lead the implementation of policy or organization structure changes. Ensure seamless execution of operational standards. Identify & improve cost efficiencies*Recognize and identify key organizational needs or strategy misses. Work cross-functionally to solve*Interpret strategy into tactics for field level employees. Solve and provide the 'How'. Create curriculum and/or tools for cadence and communication*Responsible for teaching and coaching division leaders. Regularly direct the work of other managers with direct reports. Foster professional development of others through coaching and feedback on results. Identify and provide feedback surrounding performance issues*Influence Senior Leadership regarding strategy to achieve business objectives. Ability to lead and guide Senior Management through business solutions. *5-8 years of sales and sales operations experience for a $100M+ market unit or segment*An established record of sales success, multi-unit management, P&L oversight and proven sales leadership*Significant business analysis skills along with in-depth retail experience*Strong project management, analysis, and execution skills - resulting in track record of successful achievements*Demonstrated use of innovative yet analytical approaches to problem solving*Proven ability to develop and produce reports from existing systems and multiple sources, consolidate and analyze results, create comprehensive picture, and make/present informed recommendations*Excellent influencing and negotiation skills*Basic computer skills and knowledge of common business applications (web browsers, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, etc.) *High School Diploma/GED*Business or related field
