Posting Job Description

The role of Business Class Project Coordinator is to track all phases of installation from the time a contract is signed until the activation is complete. Although the phases may vary from project, it is the ultimate responsibility of the Project Coordinator to insure that projects remain on track and notify the affected parties when timeframes change.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

- Track Commercial site surveys.

- Coordinate and follow up on commercial installs and contractor activities

- Coordinate and track all aspects of commercial construction, from initial AE request to final installation and QC of circuit.

- Admin control for Close Tabs as well as interface with CT team on all problems, requests, and new feature development.

- Approve contractor billing

- Provide weekly updates to sales force

- Coordinate all construction builds between Design and Construction departments

- Assist in requesting addresses to be added in Icoms

- Perform monthly reports on Commercial construction

- Track on going Capital cost for construction builds

- Maintain correct flow charts and update procedures for Sarbanes-Oxley documentation

- Able to interact and communicate with internal Time Warner departments

ASSIGNMENT, REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF WORK:

- This position reports to the Business Class Field Operations Manager, and will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of installation activity.

- Respond immediately without approval or assignment to meet Customer Commit Dates.

RESPONSIBILITY AND DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY:

- This person will be responsible for regularly meeting with Contractors, Construction, Design, and other professionals to assign, review, and track progress on installations.

REPORT PREPARATION:

- This person will be required to submit reports as deemed necessary by the management staff inclusive of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.

EQUIPMENT OPERATION:

This person must be able to operate vehicles, personal computers, and other office related equipment.



RELATIONS WITH OTHERS:

- This person must possess exceptional interpersonal skills.

- They will interact with internal and external customers.

- We are in an extremely competitive market, they will need to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers.

- They will be responsible for meeting the customer expectations.

ACCOUNTABILITY:

- This position has a high degree of impact to the Business Class installations and activations.

- The success and future of new and existing revenue growth for Business Class accounts may depend on the outcome of the candidate ' s performance.

- This will be a fast paced environment. This person will need to be able to multi-task, prioritize issues and facilitate their resolution.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

- High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree in related field, or three plus year ' s equivalent administrative support work experience.

- General knowledge of all phases of TWBC Activations.

- Intermediate to advanced PC skills; knowledge of billing system.

- Good understanding of sales environment, policies and procedures.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong math, analytical, reasoning and customer service skills.

- Professionalism must be expressed at all times, multi-tasking will be required, must be able to work independently and strong organizational skills are a must.
