Client Services Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Our client, a large reputable Company in the financial industry, is seeking professional college graduates to join their Client Services department. Candidates MUST have their own transportation.

On a day-to-day basis, this individual will be:

- Providing customer service and identify solutions to inquiries regarding shareholder accounts

- Responding to calls from shareholders, financial advisors, accountants, etc.

- The nature of inquiries can include the following: investment guidance around mutual funds, password resets, reallocating funds within the account, linking their account to an existing checking/savings account, beneficiary changes, legal questions, redemption of funds, etc.

To be qualified for this position, individuals should have:

- 4-year degree from a reputable university with a 3.0 GPA or higher

- Ability to navigate basic programs on a dual monitor system

- Ability to show empathy to customers
