Key responsibilities include:
* Provides residents with services in accordance with the health care provider's orders regarding administration or assistance with medications and treatments
* Supervising of self-administered medication to residents following company and regulatory guidelines
* Reporting any change in resident's health and providing proper documentation to the supervisor
* Maintaining close communication with staff members

We seek the following qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED
* Medication Technician/Aide certification in the state of TX
* 1 year of experience administering medication
* Ability to effectively communicate with other associates, residents and their families
* Possess good judgement in emergency situations
* Flexibility with schedule
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
