Logistics Coordinator - Full-time / Part-time

Integrity staffing is currently seeking: Logistics Coordinator Interaction with sales team and customers: Confirm Customer Purchase Order information with sales director and enter in Excel Sales Data sheet or new NetSuite system as required. Process Purchase Orders and assign inventory. Issue inventory release orders to warehouse and COA's for customers. Track, monitor and confirm customer shipments. Plan and coordinate shipments of sugar products to foodservice distributors, full-service supermarket chains and industrial customers. oversight for inventory, warehousing, shipping, receiving, and export/import services. Negotiate freight service contracts. Review and approve domestics freight invoices for payment. Review and approve domestic drayage invoices for payment. Review and approve warehousing invoices for payment. Utilizer network of logistic supplier, assist Sales director in developing new leads. Participate in the preparation of power point presentations to potential and existing customers with Sales Director and management. Interaction with International Sugar and Freight Suppliers: Execute the shipment of purchasing contracts agreed with Sugar producers and/or supplier in the most timely and efficient manner. Plan the transportation route, select the steamship line, tender the shipping instructions, and track international shipments from pickup to delivery to our warehouses in the U.S. Focus on the cost reduction and logistical savings while maintaining a high level of communication with our logistics supplier. Review and provide shipping documentation to Custom Broker to ensure regulatory compliance. Other Duties: Participate in the C-TPAT certification process and ensure continued compliance. Organize and maintain hard and electronic copies of documentation supporting all logistical activities. Assist in the negotiation and administration of supply agreements for rail, vessels, truck carriers and warehousing. work with management to effectively resolve inventory or order discrepancies that are outside of control.
