Home Care Consultant – Melbourne FL
We are looking for a Home Care Consultant in our Melbourne location for Brevard County. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 
  • Reflect the core values of M&L Green Home Health, LLC (d.b.a. an independently owned and operated Home Instead Senior Care franchise).
  • Work with Home Instead Senior Care franchise leadership to develop marketing plan to detail weekly and monthly activities to focus on meeting or exceeding established goals.
  • Responsible for researching and developing business and client relationships to produce referrals. Develop a database of qualified leads from referrals through face-to-face cold calling on referral providers, email, telephone and Web.
  • The ability to establish professional relationships with referral providers and elicit critical information regarding needs, challenges and potential business opportunities. Demonstrate understanding and practical application of consultative sales process and knowledge of Home Instead Senior Care brand.
  • Engages with providers and clients to solve their problems, making recommendations of the various solutions Home Instead Senior Care offers to meet their needs.
  • Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls; presentations; closed sales; and follow-up activities within the assigned territory, including the use of ERP/M systems to maintain accurate records and maximize territory potential.
  • Effectively presents Home Instead Senior Care marketing materials and services to referral providers. This includes one on one meetings as well as planning, arranging and conducting formal group presentations to referral providers.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Participates and contributes to the development of educational programs offered to the community, clients, prospects, co-workers and CAREGivers.
Qualifications
College Degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of related business or sales experience
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Must successfully pass an AHCA Level 2 (FDLE & USDOJ/FBI) & other background screening
