Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
Manpower is currently hiring an Office Clerk for one of our clients in Baton Rouge, LA!
Job Responsibilities:
*Provide general clerical duties which include but are not limited to: data entry using Microsoft Word and Excel applications as well as Oracle business system, filing, scanning and copying. Incumbent must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of personnel.
*Person must also be a team player and must be accurate and able to provide timely responses.
*Update the open job logs
*Update the closed job logs
*File job folders in open file drawers once material has been ordered by Garnet
*Reconcile incoming orders
*Prepare the paperwork and contact shippers for freight shipping
*Confirm that time sheets (Time and Material Orders) are in job folders
*Confirm that the Daily Pre-Job Safety Meeting forms are in the job folders
*Confirm that field engineer job reports are in the job folders
*Prepare the backup spreadsheets for Time and Material jobs
*Collect Mastercard receipts for credit card every two weeks for expense report
Requirements:
*High school diploma or equivalent
Contract Length: 1 year
Pay Rate: $12/hr
