We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Distribution Center Supervisor.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
Manpower premier client has rare, exciting contract opportunities for Distribution Center Supervisor at large, growing facility in Byhalia, Mississippi. Successful candidates will have experience in the following areas: meeting productivity, assembly scheduling, and efficiency objectives; developing and improving plans, processes, and training; promoting team environment in all levels through diversity, mentoring, and empowerment; creating, implementing, and communicating safety; maintaining effective communication regarding performance and motivation; interfacing with outbound carriers, engineering teams, dealers, and expediters; ensuring ISO program compliance and communicating same to subordinates; maintaining SAP and payroll system reporting; partnering with HR to hire and fire employees, data collection and report preparation. Must be available to work as needed including flexibility for overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays.
