Here is a role that will allow you to take your skills to the next level by providing 100% telephone support to our client's customers calling in with questions regarding their questions regarding currently marketed health products!!!!

In this position, you would be responsible for the following:

• Answering incoming customer calls and responding to customer requests by maintaining knowledge of products
• Understand basic telecommunications and provide accurate product information
• Provide quick, professional, precise resolution to customer issues/questions
• Enter customer request into data system, open and dispatch work orders to various departments and complete call history.

Knowledge and skills required for consideration:

• At least two years of prior customer service experience in an inbound call center
• High School Diploma Required
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Insurance background including knowledge of health insurance terminology is preferred
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written is required
• Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish
