Project Management Specialist

The position is for our Green Neighborhood direct installation program that will install Energy Efficiency measures into targeted residential communities. This will be a cost free installation for Residential Single family home properties. The items that may be installed in each home are showerheads, kitchen and bathroom aerators, CFL's LED's and Smart strips, water heater insulation wrap and pipe insulation, refrigerator thermometers and room AC filters.

The individual will work closely with the Field installation teams to provide a high-level of customer service and installations. This position requires technical knowledge of different fixtures, specifications, and understanding of appropriate conditions for installation. This position requires the ability to manage Field installations, inventory control and back office support for the program.

The position is responsible for projecting the professional image of the Program by ensuring professional customer relations with property residents and securing the target properties for deployment. The general nature and level of work for this position includes but is not limited to:

Procurement of Participants- Individual is responsible for working with our marketing and outreach field teams to ensure a level of 80% program participation with the community residents.
