The Buckeye Hall of Fame Grill located at Grandview Yard is seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a part-time dishwasher to support our kitchen team. This position is responsible for operating the dish machine to wash soiled dishes, silverware, glasses, and other service ware including pots, pans, and utensils according to company procedures. 

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Empty and clean trash cans as needed.
  • Set up dish machine with clean components to include grates, detergent, drying agent, water, etc.
  • Separate refuse for garbage cans from scraps to be run through disposal.
  • Run all dirty items through dish machine for cleaning and returns clean items to stock.
  • Maintain a steady pace to meet demand for dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, utensils, lexan tubs, etc.
  • Participate in additional maintenance and cleaning chores as directed.
  • Observe careful work habits and conditions in areas of sanitation, safety, breakage, and waste control.
  • Sweeps and mops floor as needed and at the end of the shift.



The Buckeye Hall of Fame Grill is located in the beautiful Grandview Yard and is on the COTA bus line. The pay rate is $9.25 hourly. We offer dining and travel discounts, special offers from our business partners, and discount programs for selected cell phone providers.

• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required.
