Sutton In-Home Senior Care is now hiring compassionate Personal Care Attendants and Caregivers in the Springfield, Missouri area.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

-Companionship
-Assist patients with all Activities of Daily Living (ADL's), including eating, dressing, bathing, toileting, brief changes, all personal care and grooming, repositioning, and activities;
-Medication reminders
-Meal preparation and clean up
-Transferring and ambulating assistance
-Caring for the patient's environment, including making beds and changing linens, laundry, emptying patient's trash and keep patient rooms organized and clean;

Position Requirements:
-Positive and friendly attitude
-Strong initiative, motivation and enthusiasm
-Ability to show genuine kindness, compassion and respect to our patients and always ensure their dignity and privacy;
-Maintain compliance with all infection control policies and procedures, including appropriate glove use, hand washing, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), etc...
-Demonstrate proper patient lifting and transferring skills;
-Ability to take direction from patients, families, Nurses and Supervisors and complete all tasks assigned;

Sutton In-Home Senior Care is a local, family owned business offering competitive hourly rates for home health aides, LPN, and CNA's.The right person for this position must have experience working with the elderly in either a paid or volunteer capacity.We are seeking caregivers, companions, retirees, LPN's CNA's or others who are kind, responsible and who have domestic skills (light housing keeping, cooking, driving, etc.).You MUST have caregiving experience (or be a CNA/LPN), have a clean criminal record, good driving record and be able to legally work in the U.S.

We offer paid orientation/training and a very supportive atmosphere so you can thrive in your field of expertise.Minimal daily paperwork.Schedules vary but we will work with you to make certain that any case you take is a good fit for YOUR needs as well as our patient.You can work from 1 days to 6 days per week (YOUR CHOICE).Afternoon and weekend availability a plus.We remit 100% of any transportation fees collected directly to you.Paid weekly.

* TB TEST
* AUTO INSURANCE WITH RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION and REGISTRATION

* SOCIAL SECURITY CARD OR WORK AUTHORIZATION
* ABILITY TO LIFT AT LEAST 50 lbs.
* 2 WORK RELATED REFERENCES
* MUST BE OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE.
