Crispers is Florida's alternative to fast food; offering fresh gourmet salads, tempting soups, sandwiches, and flatbreads...all made fresh daily. Crispers operate multiple fast casual restaurants throughout Florida and has an immediate need for Restaurant Managers to help grow our business. The position is located at our Clermont, FL location.
Our mission is to prepare fresh, delicious food served quickly by friendly people. We continue to look for ways to get better every day, to grow our teams and build our business.
We are looking for great people who can motivate employees every day to provide excellent guest service. Proven ability to effectively manage labor and food costs, as well as other controllable line items.
Primary Responsibilities
o Build sales & profits through outstanding operations.
o Manage shifts to ensure hospitality and guest satisfaction. Committed to serving great quality food in a clean environment.
o Recruit, train, coach and develop associates. Communicate and assess associate performance on a regular basis.
o Maintain all food quality standards, clean, sanitary environment, and monitor inventory levels.
o Management of all office tasks including management of funds, receiving, inventory, payroll and operational reporting.
o Organization, maintenance, and daily cleaning of restaurant.
o Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
o High School graduate or equivalent with prior restaurant management experience.
o Detail oriented with strong interpersonal skills to be able to train and interact with all levels of guests and personnel
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and POS applications
o Manage P&L statements
o Strong organizational and problem solving skills
o Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, to effectively manage time and work quickly, and accurately in deadline driven environment
o Ability to effectively market the business and grow sales
o Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation
o Ability to regularly lift, carry and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs
o Ability to regularly bend, stoop, crouch, sit, stand for up to 10 hours per day
o Ability to work weekends, evenings, or shifts
o Valid Florida Drivers License & Pass a Criminal Background Check
o Transportation necessary
