We are now hiring Recruiters for Independent Insurance Adjusters in the Birmingham area. This is a great opportunity for a candidate that is looking for a long-term career with a locally owned company.
Qualified candidates must be able to work varying shifts as start times vary from 8: 00am to 12: 00pm.
This positions pays $14/hr and is a LONG TERM temp-to-hire position.
Qualified candidates must be detail oriented, comfortable with Microsoft Office, great phone etiquette, professional, able to multi-task and able to prioritize duties, able to work without direct supervision, and drug screen and background check are required. As a Recruiter you would be responsible for staffing insurance adjusters requested by various insurance agencies in the surrounding areas.
