The RTAM Designer will work from information gathered during the business analysis to build, test and deploy a RTAM solution.   This position requires a broad skill set, including both focused thinking with solitary work, as well as interpersonal communication with multiple stakeholders. 


 


Job Description:



  • Identify business development requirements and translate into a technical design documentation

  • Develop automation solutions via RTI Designer interface (NICE application)

  • Execute testing, QA, and production roll out of solutions

  • Monitor end users during roll out of solutions

  • Build the user interface functionality of the technical requirements document

  • Execute testing, QA and production roll out of project enhancements

  • Assist monitoring end users during roll out of RTAM solutions

  • Advocate for project changes based on observation of end user environment, especially for usability

  • Interface and become the point of contact for IT for any RTAM related concerns during all phases of development

  • Comfortable reviewing and analyzing reports for statistically significant data

PREFERRED OFFICE LOCATION IS COSTA MESA, CA, TELECOMMUTING (HOME OFFICE) OR OTHER OFFICE LOCATION MAY BE CONSIDERED.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of working knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language, such as C#/C++ or Java

  • 2+ years of database experience, such as MS SQL or Oracle

  • 2+ years of experience in process/workflow documentation and ability to evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Basic understanding of information architecture, graphic design, and usability

  • Experience with HTML coding and web development

  • Experience with a call center environment and technology including CRM systems

  • Familiarity with writing business rules and functions that include Boolean expressions, parameters and text parsing

  • Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organization and analytical skills required

  • Problem solving skills – comfortable with uncertainty and the ability to think on your feet

  • Organized thinking and  planning, deductive reasoning

  • Keen observation skills

  • Inherently curious and interested in growing their own knowledge set; self-motivated and quick to learn and apply knowledge

  • Technical troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree

  • Knowledge of Workforce Management theories
