We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Logistics CSR w/ great Communication Skills.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: *Effectively process all incoming calls *Provide customers with consistent, quality service in accordance with company ISO 9001 procedures *Build and maintain customer loyalty *Review, enter and process customer purchase orders *Process internal work orders and distribute work orders to production, QC and shipping depts *Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through timely and accurate processing or orders, confirmations and shipment documentation required by customers *Communication and coordination with other departments to resolve inquiries *Be proactive in communicating with customers regarding problems and delays *Assist with product shipment scheduling, as needed (common carriers and transport carriers) *Prepare shipment documentation (packing lists, bills of lading and other required) *Assist with tanker/container trucking for rental invoice data *Perform various additional administrative functions as assigned *Excellent customer service *Professional phone manner and multi-line phone skills *Attention to detail and highly proficient in data entry *Order processing *Excellent written and verbal communication skills *Ability to learn technical information provided in trainings *Experience with Microsoft Office Outlook, word, excel and access *Helpful: Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Standard *Helpful: Experience with the preparation of DOT Bills of Lading *Flexibility and the desire to take on additional responsibilities
