PROCESS:

  • Work in trained store stations assigned by your manager
  • Report and adhere to store scheduled assigned by your manager
  • Display positive attitude towards customers even during customer service issues and assist at all stations where needed for exemplary customer service.
  • Follow all mandated store policies and procedures and communicate any concerns to management
  • Ensure store cleanliness and safety before leaving
  • Create a fun and rewarding work environment for our team every shift
  • Maintain a professional image and set a positive example to your team and our customers
  • Join our Pledge training program to learn management skills to advance in the Company

OVEN:

ESSENTIAL:

  • Minimum 16+ years old, Must be 18 or older to use or clean the Slicer
  • Complete all required JM and PET policy and procedures store training and pass all required assessments in accordance with JM and PET management assessment guidelines.

EXTRA:

  • Interest or experience in restaurant/fast food management
  • Display leadership and initiative with a positive attitude to management, colleagues and customers.
