Part Time Commercial Cleaner - Part-time

ServiceMaster PBM is now hiring a part time evening commercial cleaner for 16 hours per week in Waverly, NE starting April 1st!!

Must be available Monday-Friday. Pay is $8.50-9/hr

Schedule: M, W, F for 4 hours per day. Tu, Th for 2 hours per day. (times after 6pm)

Must be able to pass a drug screen, background screen, and have reliable transportation to and from work each day because we do not shuttle employees.

Duties:

• Dust and damp wipe surfaces to remove loose dust, dirt, and spills.
• Spot clean surfaces to remove marks and smudges.
• Clean glass and mirror surfaces.
• Remove trash from various recepticals up to weights of 40 pounds and replace trash can liners where instructed, damp clean trash containers.
• Perform all duties in accordance with all safety rules and instructions.
• Sweep, dry mop, wet mop and scrape hard surface floors and stairs.
• Vacuum floors to include edges and corners of carpeted floors and upholstered furniture, pilate carpet when necessary.
• Scrub and clean toilets, urinals and sinks, restock dispensers.
• Use ladders and step stools up to 8 feet high to reach lights and other high places.
• Maintain tools and equipment in clean and safe condition and report all equipment malfunctions to immediate supervisor.
• Wear appropriate uniform and exhibit professional and safe conduct while on duty.
• Report building abnormalities when noticed.
• Other like duties as assigned.

Equipment and tools;   (may include, but are not limited to)

• Towels, sponges, wipers, scrubbing pads, scrapers, johnny mops, brushes, & dusters.
• 24" - 48" dry mops, 20 - 36 oz. wet mops, buckets and wringers, sponge mops, doodle bugs, and dust pans.
• Upright vacuums, back pack vacuums, hand vacuums, tank vacuums  (wet / dry).
• Housekeeping carts, 20-50 gallon "Brute" trash barrels, pails and caddies.
