Some of the Duties Include:

Work closely with customers and/or Sales to acquire forecasts, plan-o-grams, replenishment and special events schedules (ad/promotion/new store openings).

Create and analyze monthly fulfillment reports.

Review product flow and inventory concerns with Sales and Management through forecast fulfillment analysis, in stock conditions, plan-o-grams, store level performance (where applicable), and sales trends. Utilize internal and account databases to collect and analyze data.

Monitor order flow and review each customer order - including pricing accuracy, correct order entry, data errors, credit approval, and release of orders to the DC.

Process accurately and timely customer orders received.

Update necessary spreadsheets and databases such as the Ad/promotion/rollout, new item, account information etc., as per departmental policy.

Review charge backs and provide information to Manager for decision.


Qualifications:


Previous experience in a customer service role; preferably in a distribution environment

Experience of one of the following systems: Enterprise Resource Planning "ERP", Materials Requirements Planning "MRP" and or Distribution Resources Planning "DRP" Prior experience with Apprise software is a plus.

Must be able to multi-task and demonstrate solid organizational skills.

Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English in both verbal and written formats
