We are a Investment/Consulting Firm who has a permanent opening for an Accounting/Administrative Assistant with a ton of career growth!
We are a fun, energetic office with multiple entities and are looking for an entry level graduate who is ready to hit the ground running! We work hard and play hard and have phenomenal benefits and a positive, encouraging company culture.
Duties include:
General administrative duties
Accounts Payable
Enter bills into QuickBooks
Pay online invoices
Bi-monthly checks for payment distribution
Monthly account reconciliations & QB maintenance
Inventory updates
Payroll, benefits & light Human Resources assistance
Assist with new hire paperwork when needed
Finance Admin
Qualifications include: Degree preferred with 1-3 years of experience, any accounting is a huge plus but this is entry level so we are willing to train to right person.
Software proficiencies: Preferred: MS Excel/Office/Outlook/GoogleDrive/QuickBooks experience (experience with ADP and SFDC a huge plus).
Ideal candidates would include individuals who are passionate about organization and accounting, with a fun and upbeat personality.
