***This is a seasonal position for the Summer***
Training and Employment will start either May 4th or May 11th, and will go until early September.
Day and evening shifts are available starting as early as 5:00am and ending as late as 9:00 pm.
Duties for Student Loans Origination Assistance Rep include;
-Responds to customer inquiries by telephone correspondence- Researches and analyzes customer problems.- Maintains records of problems and inquiries handled.- Counsel students on the best means of financing their education- Sell the features and benefits of the product- Compare/contrast with other lenders- Complete credit applications- Ensures adherence to Federal Fair Credit Billing Act
Qualifications
Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Good decision making and time management skills
- Positive attitude and a desire to provide service to others.
- Special projects as assigned by management staff.
