Manpower is looking for an experienced Part Time Human Resources Administrator
The job is located in Dorchester, MA PAYING $18 - $21 AN HOUR
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION 30 HOURS PER WEEK
This assignment is for 3 months
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU MUST HAVE STRONG MS EXCEL AND PAYROLL AND PEOPLE SOFT EXPERIENCE!!
POSITION SUMMARY
Describe the basic function/primary purpose of the position.
Responsible for providing analytical support to an HR function - specifically the HR Compensation department
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Inputs, manipulates and retrieves information utilizing People Soft and Excel
Maintains reports and a share drives & email mailbox
May perform necessary data entry and quality assurance to maintain the integrity of People Soft data, familiar with processing change in status forms and maintaining a tracking file and reviewing routine audit checks
Provides back-up support for HR
Provides data support and point-of-contact for all data needs within the team
QUALIFICATIONS
Identify the minimum education, experience, etc. required for this position.
Education: BS Degree
License/Certificates:
Experience - 2+ years
One year of People Soft experience is preferred & HR (payroll) experience preferred.
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
Identify specific knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for satisfactory execution of the position's primary duties & responsibilities.
Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; including the ability to produce reports (privot tables, v-look ups, formulas)
Solid analytical and organization skills and the ability to approach work with a process orientation while exercising good judgment also required. Solid communications skills with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with various levels within HR, various business lines and outside vendors.
