$12.00/hour! Customer Service Opportunity!

Rapidly expanding Jessup Area Company seeking Inbound Customer Service Representatives. Pay rate is $12.00 p/hr. If selected, you will learn valuable information about the rapidly growing healthcare insurance industry. Hours of training are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. You will then be assigned to an (8) hour shift beginning as early as 9:00 am - 11:30 am. Must be flexible with your hours of availability. Alternate shift may be selected once you gain seniority. This position requires intelligence, compassion and the ability to communicate well. Will be taking inbound calls and occasionally researching information and returning a call to a healthcare subscriber. There will be an opportunity for some mandatory overtime and occasional weekend work during peak season. To be considered, you must have had at least 1 year of recent experience performing customer service. Call center experience is preferred but will consider others who have provided customer service in person. A healthcare background and/ or experience in healthcare insurance is a big plus.
