Qualifications

QualificationsBasic Qualifications:A 2-year degree, or at least 6 years of relevant management experience in a commissions-based sales environment with a proven ability to lead a sales team and meet sales quotasPreferred Qualifications:A 4-year degree; 6+ years of sales management experience in a commissions-based sales environment Additionally, the following skills and attributes will be integral to your success:Professional leadership and communication skills with the ability to empower and coach a sales teamBusiness planning and proposal writing skillsComfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentGoal and solutions-orientedOutgoing, resourceful, and motivated to learn
