Our customer in the Healthcare industry is seeking an Executive Assistant with training and project coordination experience.
Our ideal candidate is a team player with:
3 years of executive administrative experience; healthcare industry is required.
Bachelor's degree; with concentration in Public Health, Biological or Health Sciences, Education, Public Administration, or related discipline.
Experience with project management; coordination of training programs is a plus.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point).
Experience with Learning Management Systems and course design.
Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
In this role your responsibilities would be:
Provides direct administrative support to the Manager of Elderplan Training.
Be liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
Supports development and management of the training function through administrative activities.
Develops, implements and monitors training projects in areas of: work plans, timelines, budget/expenses, milestones and deliverables.
Identifies and secures key project resources needed for the development and implementation of training programs.
Conducts background research and scopes discussions for all new projects and initiatives.
Writes, edits, and formats publications and presentations related to assigned projects.
Documents project activities, action items, progress and accomplishments from team meetings.
Keeps training team informed about progress, project milestones, potential and emerging challenges, as well as feedback from anchors and business owners.
Secures and trouble shoots A/V equipment and technology.
Reserves and sets up training rooms, assists with preparation of PowerPoint slide deck, greets participants, and takes attendance.
Completes invoicing, budget processing, processing expense reports.
Coordinates and prepares training schedules, meeting/travel arrangements, and calendars.
