Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing creative sourcing strategies and promoting employment marketing campaigns to aggressively develop pipelines of pre-qualified active and passive candidates for positions at all levels of the organization.

As assigned, source candidate resumes for retail, non-retail, marketing services and corporate positions in support of the recruiting process.

Work with manager, employment marketing and corporate communication in the development and execution of employment branding and related collateral.

Coordinate the distribution of materials among talent acquisition, employment marketing, and business partners.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Minimum 3 years recruitment experience or equivalent job-related experience; Retail experience preferred.

Experience in high-volume non-exempt recruiting experience preferred.

Job Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Marketing Coordinator is responsible for implementing creative sourcing strategies and promoting employment marketing campaigns to aggressively develop a pipeline of pre-qualified active and passive candidates for all levels of positions in the organization.

Job Responsibilities

Sourcing

Develop and maintain multiple channels and networks to build a diverse and reliable applicant sourcing pool.

Post positions using various platforms and outlets to include internet job boards, paid media, work force centers, social media, Virtual Edge systems and print advertisements.

Research and identify new sources.

As assigned, source resumes of candidates for retail, non-retail, marketing services, and corporate positions to support the recruiting process.

Brand Awareness

Execute and promote all online employment marketing campaigns using social media avenues.

Work with manager, employment marketing and corporate communication in the development and execution of employment branding and related collateral.

Assist with preparing and executing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations.

Administration

Work with multiple departments to ensure a timely and smooth transition for the execution of all projects.

Manage and report on candidate communication such as; voicemail, email, voice shots, and other communication platforms.

Assist with the creation and maintenance of training materials to include but not limited to systems training, process and procedures, and cross-functional training.

Coordinate the distribution of materials between talent acquisition, employment marketing, and business partners

Reporting.

Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.

Monitor and maintain new candidate behavioral assessments within the applicant tracking system to provide metrics reporting.

Gather job fair data and provide reports detailing results/outcome.

Job Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Experience

Minimum 3 years recruitment experience or equivalent job-related experience; Retail experience preferred.

Experience in high-volume non-exempt recruiting experience preferred.

Experience working with tools of the trade, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets.

Experience with social media marketing preferred.

Skills & Competencies

Knowledge of the sourcing, selection, and talent acquisition field including strategies, programs, and tools are required

Excellent people skills.

Strong customer service, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Must be a team player, collaborator, and able to effectively network at all levels.

Demonstrates cross-cultural sensitivity with demonstrated experience and ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds.

Tools/Software

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Knowledge of Virtual Edge ATS preferred, but not required

Other Requirements

Strong understanding and utilization of proper safety techniques and correct use of equipment when appropriate.

Travel Requirements

Travel required on an as needed basis

Schedule Requirements

Ability to be flexible and willing to work extended hours when necessary.

Environmental & Physical Requirements

In a work day, employee would perform the following:

Occasionally (Up to 33% of the time) - Push / Pull: (Up to 20 lbs. - Lifting and/or carrying: (0 up to 20 lbs.).

Frequently (Up to 33-66% of the time) - Work in an office - Use feet and/or legs for repetitive motion.

Continuously (Up to 66-100% of the time) - Sit - Stand - Walk - Use Fingers, Hands and/or Arms for: fine manipulation (typing - keyboards/handhelds), finger/hand grip/grasping, and repetitive motion.
