We are currently hiring a Call Center position!

Job Responsibilities:
* This position is for Outbound/ Inbound Calling.
* As an Outbound/Inbound Representative you will reach out to existing policy holders.
* The purpose of the call is to re-engage them and setup a 15 minute phone appointment with a local licensed representative to review their current and future insurance and financial needs.

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Microsoft Office & Call Center experience preferred, but not necessary
* Basic computer skills
* Ability to "think out of the box" to generate innovative process improvements; Strong solid math and analytical skills.

Pay: $30/hr
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30
