B. Essential Functions
* Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically, or in person
* Greet persons entering organization
* Schedule appointments using electronic system
* General clerical support
* General knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
* Data entry
* Electronic filing
* Maintain a polite, courteous, and warm demeanor
* Daily review and initial processing of incoming mail
* Daily review and initial processing of incoming faxes
* Maintain office neatness

C. Organizational Relationship: (i.e. who does this person report to)
Reports to the President

D. Position Requirements:
* 3 -5 years receptionist experience
* Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word
* Professional and corporate telephone manner
* Positive outlook and upbeat attitude
* Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
* Comfortable working in and with a faith-based culture
* Ability to work well with others
* Ability to communicate clearly with external customers
* Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing
* Ability to work with precision and accuracy
* Ability to consistently follow documented standard operating procedures
